Return & Refund Policy

Returns/Exchange Policy:

We offer a 2-day hassle-free return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Reverse pick-up services are available, and a reverse shipment fee of INR 100 will be deducted from the refund per order. Returns/Exchanges are not applicable on promotions such as Flash Sales, Black Friday, BOGO, or Festive Sales.

Reverse Pick-Up Details:

• Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If both attempts fail, you must self-ship the product to the company address and share tracking details within 2-3 days.
• Reverse Pick-Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.

Refund Process:

• Payments made via COD will be refunded as store credit, a coupon code, or a gift card valid for up to 2 years.
• Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product(s), after deducting applicable discounts and INR 100 for reverse courier charges. The refund will be made to the original payment source.
• Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Allow 5-7 bank working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Exchange/Refund Guidelines:

• Customers can request either an exchange or a refund for each order. Multiple requests for the same order will not be entertained.
• To qualify for a return, all items must be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
• Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of your eligibility for a refund (if any) via email.

For any issues, contact our customer support portal via (WhatsApp). Support is available Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Pending queries will be prioritized the next business day. Please provide detailed information and evidence for any product-related issues.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items:
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for bodysuits. ONEGO FASHION may, at its discretion and without prior notice, modify the product categories this policy applies to.

Claims for Missing/Damaged Items:

• For different/missing/damaged items, a mandatory opening video is required. Such cases must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Queries raised beyond this time frame will not be entertained.
• If you receive an SMS or email confirmation of delivery, but the order has not been received, please contact us within 24 hours.

Self-Shipping Instructions for Non-Serviceable Pincodes:
If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, self-ship the product(s) to the following address at your own expense:

Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit. Mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package. Returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

• We will reimburse up to INR 100 for courier charges as store credit or a coupon code if your order is eligible for reimbursement.
• We recommend using Speed Post as it is reliable and widely available. Please ensure courier costs do not exceed the reimbursable amount.
